I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and have a Masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I completed two years of intensive training in contemporary depth psychotherapy at Pierce Street Integral Counseling Center in San Francisco and continue to receive ongoing training and consultation in this modality. I have been practicing since 2011.

I am currently completing advanced training in Somatic Experiencing®, a body-oriented approach that supports nervous system regulation and deepens somatic awareness within psychotherapy.
